Canada Demands Police Remove Images of Saint Michael

Canada has hit international headlines for all the wrong reasons as of late, especiallytheir barbaric like euthanasia policies.

Now, they have hit the headlines again after Montreal Police Department sensationally BANNED its police officers from wearing the image of Saint Michael, their patron saint.

A 2019 law on secularism within the state was cited in order to crackdown on police wearing images mentioning Saint Michael.

In a memo, Montreal authorities said:

‘‘After analysis, it was agreed that the crest of Saint Michael worn by SPVM (Service de Police de la Ville de Montréal) police officers on their uniform is a religious sign within the meaning of the law.

Consequently, we ask you now to kindly remove from your uniforms any crest symbolizing or referring to the Archangel Saint Michael, in order to comply with the law."

The badges in question say ‘Saint Michael Protect Us’.

The law and its selective application of it is further evidence of efforts to erase Christian heritage from Western society.
